Most organizations require a Master of Divinity Degree for Chaplains to be eligible for hire.

This program is designed for those students who hear God’s call to become vocational ministers (pastors) and chaplains. 

Please be aware that these are entry-level programs only and that additional schooling and credentialing are normally required to enter these fields.
